Dr. KC Alvarado, Ed.D., MBA, is an education and workforce development leader and collective impact consultant with 15+ years of experience designing and scaling career pathways, CTE systems, and work-based learning across K–12, postsecondary, nonprofit, and state workforce systems. As Founder and Principal Consultant of H3 Solutions Group, she partners with school districts, state agencies, foundations, and community organizations to align education and workforce systems, strengthen regional talent pipelines, and build sustainable, career-connected learning opportunities that expand economic mobility.
